 CORKUM'S PRESIDENT'S DAY HITTING/PITCHING CAMP

Pitching Clinic: 10:30-12:00
Cost: $60.00/player
Ages: approx. 8-16
The Program: Pitchers will be given small group instruction. The primary focus will be on throwing mechanics, the windup, stretch and building arm strength. Various pitch types and pitching strategy will be covered where age appropriate.

Hitting Clinic: (same particulars as above) 1:00-3:00
Cost: $60.00/player
Ages: approx. 8-16
The Program: Hitters will be given small group instruction. Topics to be covered include: rhythm and balance, stance, grip, swing path, how to practice on your own, hitting strategies and developing into a confident hitter.

Cost to register for both programs: $100.00

 The Somers April Vacation Mini-Camp

Field Road Park

When: 2011 Summer Camp Dates will be finalized and added here by February 1, 2011
Time: 9 a.m. to 11:00

Ages: 7 - 12

Price: $50  non-residents $60

The program will consist of baseball skill activities including throwing, fielding, hitting, team and game play. Players will receive small group instruction in these areas. Daily games will be played as well. This mini-camp will be personally instructed by Chris Corkum. Chris’s program goals are for the players to learn and perfect new skills and techniques and most of all to have a lot of fun doing it.
